Pinehaven Christian Ranch is a Christ-centered ministry walking alongside young people ages 18–24 during a critical season of faith and life. Through meaningful work on a working ranch, intentional discipleship, and community, students grow in confidence, character, and a deeper relationship with Christ.
Pinehaven stands in the gap, giving young people space to grow, find purpose, and follow Christ through hands-on discipleship and community. For over 50 years, we’ve helped students build lasting foundations through meaningful work, faith, and shared life together.
The Gap Programs connect faith, work, and purpose through daily life on the ranch. Students develop:
At Pinehaven, discipleship happens through real work. Students learn practical skills through ranch projects, trade experiences, and teamwork—discovering strengths they may not have known they had.
Work becomes a place where faith is practiced, character is formed, and purpose takes shape.
An 8-week introduction, Explorer is the starting point—designed to help students explore faith, develop confidence, and discover next steps through hands-on learning and discipleship.
For students who feel called to continue, the Apprentice Program offers deeper training, increased responsibility, and extended discipleship—preparing young adults for life, vocation, and service.
Experience Pinehaven firsthand on our 1,120-acre ranch in Montana’s Mission Valley. Churches, families, and individuals are invited to visit or serve through work and mission opportunities alongside our staff and students.
Pinehaven is made possible by faithful partners who pray, give, and serve. Every gift and act of support helps young people grow in faith, confidence, and purpose.
Since 1976, Pinehaven has been pointing young people to Christ and helping them build strong foundations for life.
Whether you’re a student seeking direction, a parent, church, or supporter looking for a Christ-centered opportunity,or a supporter wanting to come alongside the mission, Pinehaven welcomes you.
